To be shipped out within 48-hours after the proof has been approved. If proofs are approved after noon(central time), the job gets shipped out within 72-hours. please plan to give us extra time on busy seasons. Confirm the shipping date when your job is approved. |
Payment:
All jobs are pre-paid for before shipping. Most major credit cards are accepted. |
Shipping:
All jobs are shipped UPS ground. We pay up to $50 in shipping for UPS ground services. Other shipping arrangement can be made at customer's expense. Packaging List is printed in the bottom of the invoice. |
Assurance:
We will Print according to your specification and the proof. Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. In any event we missed something we will reprint it at our expense. Please double check you order and the proof before we print the job. Due to low mark-up on our printing, customer have to pay for reprint due to their mistake. |
Reorders:
You can email or fax in your reorders. Please give us the invoice# of the job previously printed. |
